The apartment was so cozy with a comfy living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The city view from the apartment was just breathtaking. As a family, we felt right at home with all the amenities.

Personally, I found the bathroom to be a bit small. But, it's just my personal preference!

Loved having access to the 24-hour StayFit Gym, because who doesn't want to work out at all hours of the day? Plus, the location was conveniently in the heart of Deira, where all the action is.

Couldn't stand the lack of attention to women travelers. Apparently, we don't need any special amenities or services.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to downtown and the shopping and entertainment areas. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any request. I also enjoyed the amenities provided in the room, especially the comfortable bed.

There were a few issues that affected my overall experience. there was a leak in the bathroom that we reported, but it was not resolved properly.

The 24-hour StayFit Gym was my haven during my stay. With the most modern equipment and LCD touch screens, working out felt like I was in an advanced sci-fi movie, and I left feeling like a superhero.

Telephone working issue.

As a solo traveler, I loved the valet service and concierge staff who were extremely courteous and always wore a smile. The apartments were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a great stay. The check-in staff were friendly and made the process easy. The location was convenient with easy access to taxis, grocery shops, and public transportation. The breakfast and dinner provided were fabulous, and the hotel had many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. it was a wonderful experience.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference due to its spacious conference facilities, making it a one-stop destination for all families as well as long-stay business travelers. The apartment was equipped with useful amenities such as an ironing board, a washing machine, and an iPod dock, which added convenience to my stay.

One service I missed for my work was the absence of a well-equipped business center, which would have been beneficial for my professional needs during the stay.

Couldn't stay longer.

I keep coming back for a reason. From my first stay, the attentive staff helped me find a lost jewel. This place suits me perfectly with its Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, and expansive facilities. I always return for a romantic escape.

Great location with nearby mosque and amazing restaurants. Metro within walking distance made commuting easy. The hotel staff, especially the cleaning crew, were courteous and helpful. In-room massage a rare bonus. a charming experience.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a few nights and it was an excellent hotel! The 2-bedroom apartment we had was fantastic value for money, very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. The location was great, with a train station nearby, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store on the ground floor. The staff during breakfast were cheerful and accommodating, despite being busy. Special mention to Thirupathy, the security person, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city as it is very close to a metro station. there are many restaurants around to choose from. Staff members are friendly, and the hotel is clean and well-kept.

We loved this place! The location was absolutely perfect and the staff with "good customer service" were always available to help us with everything we needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness centre, the outdoor heated swimming pool, and the massage services offered here. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with flat-screen TV, dryer, electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils. The continental breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place. The spacious and clean apartment made our stay comfortable. The location was very convenient with easy access to the metro. The variety of breakfast was excellent and great value for money. we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is near to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Plus, it is very close to the airport and easily accessible via the metro station which is just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a good amount of space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit of an issue as it was a bit hot. We tried to adjust the temperature but it didn't work well.

The central location allowed us to easily visit the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo and the Dubai Fountain. With comfortable and spacious accommodations, we had ample room for our little ones to play and relax after a day of sightseeing.

My wife says that the hotel should consider providing more child-friendly amenities, such as a dedicated play area or kids' club to truly cater to families.
